MicroNeedling is one of our superior services, a treatment that provides a noticeable improvement in the appearance of scars.  This includes scars from acne, injuries, burns, and even surgery.  Scarring is a response of the body’s repair mechanism.  Any disruption in the skin’s integrity results in the body forming fibrous connective tissue in a thicker appearance than the surrounding tissue.  Thus, creating the appearance of a scar.  To improve this skin irregularity, the dermal layers of the skin must rejuvenate and rebuild itself. At Pure Bliss Med Spa we offer the advanced technology of Laser-Needling!  Laser Genesis used in combination with microneedling provides a safe and highly effective skin resurfacing treatment with little downtime and little to no pain or discomfort!  This is ideal for mild to moderate scars or clients wanting the ultimate skin rejuvenating treatment!  Laser-needling combines the technology of laser genesis and microneedling to completely resurface the skin.  These services go hand in hand, stimulating collagen growth to rapidly correct any skin imperfections including scars and uneven texture.

The treatment starts with Laser Genesis, a non-ablative, non-invasive laser with no downtime. Well known for its effectiveness in skin rejuvenation, Laser Genesis uses broad band light to penetrate deep into the dermal tissue introducing heat to the dermis. Heating the tissue promotes injury and stimulates collagen formation. This treatment causes a warming sensation and can feel hot on the skin but is not painful. The benefits are reduced appearance of scars, evened skin texture, and shrunken pores. Our laser acne treatments uses this broad band light to heat the dermis of the skin, eliminating bacteria in sebaceous glands preventing acne breakouts. Laser treatments shrink sebaceous glands which decreases oil production while also targeting dark spots and inflammatory redness. The laser treatment will also stimulate collagen production and cell turnover allowing the skin to rejuvenate.

In conjunction with this laser treatment we offer micro needling to continue on the path of an impactful treatment. Microneedling does what an aerator does to a lawn.  At Pure Bliss Med Spa we utilize a pen-like device with a sterile, single-use needle cluster tip that punctures the skin.  The punctures are not visible, but penetrate into deeper layers of the skin stimulating the dermis to rebuild collagen, elastin, improving blood supply to the area, and rebuilding skin. Additionally, the device delivers radio frequency energy meant to fade scars, reduce wrinkles and yield a plump, dewy look.  The result is polished and more taut skin.  This treatment gives patients skin tightening and smoothing simultaneously. To ensure a virtually pain-free experience, a topical numbing cream is applied to the skin 45 minutes prior to treatment, then comes the pricks into the dermis using depths up to 3 millimeters.
