The aesthetician will also give you tips and a home regimen that is tailored to your skin type. She’ll give you information on products to use for certain “problem” areas whether that be breakouts, hyperpigmentation, or redness, etc. This will give you the hands-on knowledge that google cannot, because after all “Knowledge is power”.

Besides the knowledge benefits that you’ll gain from getting a professional facial there are other benefits as well. It can also help with the overall health of your skin. There are so many different kinds of facials. How do you know which one is best for you? Here at Pure Bliss Med Spa we offer a variety of facials which can benefit all different skin types.

The first facial we offer is our 60-minute Bliss Signature Facial. This is the most basic facial that we offer. Our aesthetician will start off by first double cleansing your skin. Then she will closely examine your skin under a microscopic lamp and discuss your skin concerns and needs. Next, she will exfoliate; dead skin cells are gently buffed off with a manual cream exfoliant or a fruit enzyme exfoliant. She will simultaneously steam your face to open pores and then perform extractions to release congestion and dead skin cells from the skin. Following the extractions, she will apply a customized masque that is geared towards your skin’s needs. The masque will help with hydrating, purifying, and calming. She will then massage the skin which is designed to lift facial muscles and promote lymphatic drainage. A toner is then applied to bring your PH Balance back to healthy levels. Lastly, hydrating, anti-aging serums and a moisturizer with SPF is applied to protect and conceal. This 60-minute facial will not only give your skin a healthy glow, but will leave your face feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Our Second facial is a Skin Resurfacing Facial. This is also a 60-minute facial and includes all the steps in the Bliss Signature Facial with the addition of either Dermaplaning or Microdermabrasion. Like our Bliss Signature Facial our aesthetician starts by cleansing and examining your skin. Next, she will do either the Dermaplaning or Microderm based on your skin concerns and needs. She will finish off with a masque, massage, toner, serums, and moisturizer. The benefits of this facial are that both the microderm or dermaplaning manually exfoliate dead skin on a deeper level as well as black heads and impurities below the surface.

You can increase the benefits of your facial treatment with our Deluxe Facial. This includes the steps in the Bliss Signature Facial and skin resurfacing treatment with the addition of a chemical peel.

The last facial that we offer is our 90-minute Supreme Bliss Facial. Like the others, this facial starts off with cleansing and a skin analysis. Then our aesthetician will do either microderm, dermaplaning, or a skin scrubber based on your skins needs. Next, she will do LED Light Therapy. She uses Red, Blue or Green LED lights to help with skin rejuvenation, regrowth of skin cells, reducing inflammation, acne and improving hyperpigmentation. Then she will do a Microcurrent which is a low level of electricity that triggers cells to enhance the production of natural collagen and elasticity. It also increases circulation and stimulates lifting and tightening of the skin. Following the Microcurrent is the Ultrasound. This provides high levels of sound wave technology used to penetrate deep below our skin’s surface and promotes cellular renewal and repair, tones muscles, increases blood circulation, and combats puffiness and swelling. Lastly, she will do a hot and cold hammer facial massage. The hot side is used to open pores for cleansing and the cold is specifically for closing the pores and soothing the skin after treatment.
